The May 18th, 2007, show took place [[Nine Inch Nails]] performed at Studio Coast in Tokyo, Japan at the Studio Coast (capacity: 2,400)on May 18, 2007. [[Serena Maneesh]] was the supporting act. The show was sold out.

Between "[[Suck]]" and "[[Hurt]]," the audience went into an impromptu rendition of the "Happy Birthday" song. for [[Trent Reznor]] as he turned 42 the day before. He thanked the audience and quipped that he turned 29.
