==Notes==
During "[[Get Down, Make Love]]", members of Marilyn Manson walked onstage and pranked the band with some sexual antics. [[Trent Reznor]] joked, "I feel so violated... my mom's in the audience, too." This is seen in the "appendage" bonus portion of the ''[[Closure]]'' DVD download.
