Its purpose is not entirely clear, but it appears to have been created to handle all non-music business aspects (with the music business being handled by [[The Null Corporation]]).  The company name has been spotted in conjunction with promotional photographs, websites, and merchandise.  It was probably created to replace business functions that were previously handled by companies like [[Nothing Records]], [[Object]], and [[Nothing Interactive]], with which Reznor was no longer associated.

A '''Non Entity Corp. II''' was created in 2011.  Similarly to [[The Null Corporation|The Null Corporation II]], it probably handles non-music business related to the [[Soundtracks|soundtrack work]].
