since all six have different endings, should i include the five non-album versions from the Hurt radio promo to the list of versions? for now, i'm going to add a little blurb about the promo mixes to the main song description. - Seasonsinthesky 10:29, 1 June 2009 (PDT)
:The soiled etc. mixes should be on there, add them etc., need me to track down the mixes or do you have them? sheepdean Try to speak as clearly as you can 10:53, 1 June 2009 (PDT)

Cheap Trick - Mandocello
This might be a long shot, but did Trent say he was a fan of Cheap Trick at all? Because the song Mandocello (1977) uses the phrase "I'm a million miles away" and other variants of that phrase throughout the song. Tony W. 02:25, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
:There's lots of songs that use that line: Rory Gallagher's A Million Miles Away was 1973, David Byrne's song of the same name was 1992, Plimsouls' 1983... if Trent DID reference a previous song, which is unlikely considering he claims it was written from his diary, it's pretty impossible to figure out which song it would've been.
