In the winter of 1990–91, Nine Inch Nails embarked on their second headlining North American tour. The tour is part of the Pretty Hate Machine Tour series. Opening acts for this tour were Chemlab, Die Warzau, The Adults, Grotus, Fixed Image, Sweat Engine and Ethyl Meatplow.
