Vessel
This is the original album version. It consists of heavily distorted drum loops, a wall of percussive synthesized sound, and ending improvization using a set batch of synthesized loops that distort and glitch. Its danceable rhythms and highly synthesized nature are somewhat reminiscent of "Closer"."
Vessel (Instrumental)
Throughout the Lights in the Sky Tour, "Vessel" was regularly played before the "Ghosts" section of the setlist, played alongside (or replaced with) "Me, I'm Not", "The Warning", or "The Great Destroyer".
"Vessel" was only played live twice in 2014 - in Tokyo, Japan on February 26 and in Adelaide, Australia, on March 13. It The song was then frequently performed as a remixed version in collaboration with Boys Noize on Act III of the Peel It Back Tour. This song, when played, would be the first song of Act III, with Boys Noize building up to the intro during the transition from "Gave Up" while Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross move to the B-stage. This version stays relatively similar to the album version, though with a clearer techno/EDM influence, including heavy use of a vocoder.
