Queer (Original Score) is the score by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross for Luca Guadagnino's 2024 film Queer, based on the William S. Burroughs novella of the same name. This is the third of several soundtracks that Reznor and Ross have worked on for Guadagnino. It was released digitally on December 6, 2024. A cobalt blue vinyl edition was released by Milan Records on December 12, 2025. It was confirmed by John Crawford on Discordance that this score has the Null 19 release number.
An additional track song entitled "Te Maldigo" (featuring Omar Apollo on vocals) was recorded, but its associated scene was cut from the film. It was later released as a single. The score's track titles are taken from Burroughs' final journal entry.
