This ~~tour~~ was the very first [[Nine Inch Nails]] tour. They were an opening act for [[Skinny Puppy]] in the fall of 1988. After the Skinny Puppy support ended, they had a one-off date at Duquesne Universityand a one-off date for a TVT showcase at the Phantasy after NIN signed with [[TVT Records]]. ~~The tour is~~ These dates were part of the [[Pretty Hate Machine Tour]] series.
