This website gives South African natives a place to stay and the possibility of employment if certain requirements are met.
Strangely enough, the requirements seem to fall along the lines of blood, tissue, and organ donation. Such as the cornea, blood, skin, kidney, and bone marrow.
The needs for these human parts are unknown, and possibly this is linked to the shard that involved a child organ smuggling ring.
