Versions
All Time Low
This is the original album version. Following an extended ambient introduction, the main body of the song is introduced, with a dance beat loop surrounded by jangling guitars unique to this track; the bass riff and beat closely resemble, intentionally or not, that of the Abba track "The Name of the Game". It later features descending, echoing synth melodies also rarely used in NIN tracks. The verse vocals recall the delivery used atop the similarly-danceable electronics of "Vessel." ===All Time Low (Todd Rundgren Remix)===Running Time: 5:49 This version is included on the deluxe version of Hesitation Marks. It largely drops the guitar layers and instead features new, complex drumming patterns, and it prominently highlights the unique vocal layering present in the original.====Song Credits====*Remixed by Todd Rundgren*Vocals by Trent Reznor and Todd Rundgren ===All Time Low (Demo)===This version only known appears on the iTunes and HDtracks digital download version of the album. It is a partial demo versionof the final song. ==Live==This song debuted live on the first night of the Tension 2013 Tour. For this song, Palladino's bass is very prominently featured and if the song is present early in the set, it's generally the first use of the backing vocalists, Lisa Fischer and Sharlotte Gibson. The stealth screen in front has red thrumming coloration projected onto it for most of the song (similar to the general appearance of "Closer") before slowly becoming a multicolored aurora towards the end. At some shows, Trent sings the chorus to "Closer" during this portion, before the final repetitions of "stretch across the sky." "All Time Low" dropped off the setlist during the European leg of the 2014 tour, and has not been played since.

Go
I've heard all I need to know
Your voice in fucking echo stereo
Well this particular scenario
Looks like another all time low
Why did you go and let them in?
See this is where the fun begins
You haven't even pierced the skin
Just wait till you see what is coming
Get down on the floor
Shut the god damn door
Been down this road before
We're coming back for more
So give me just a little, baby
Just something to get by
This is gonna last forever, baby
We'll get to the other side
And we will live forever, baby
And stretch across the sky
I'll follow right behind you, baby
We are never gonna die
Hey
Everything is not okay
We lost too much along the way
The passengers arrived today
It looks as though they're here to stay
This paranoia turns to fear
Just who was whispering in your ear?
Pretending, but I know you hear
(Just how'd we fucking end up here?)
So give me just a little, baby
Just something to get by
This is gonna last forever, baby
We'll get to the other side
And we will live forever, baby
And stretch across the sky
I'll follow right behind you, baby
We are never gonna die
We're never gonna die
How did we get so high?
In the final recording, the line in the first verse is changed to:
You barely even pierced the skin
The fourth line of each chorus also seems to omit the word "to".
