There is a Saginaw, Texas[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saginaw,_Texas ] located within the same Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex as Plano, Texas (The two are 46 mi from one another). The Imam's son mentions the Sunday school strangler from the Church of Plano. Perhaps the "tip" received by the SPD originated from a "watch list of sex offenders, violent criminals, TERRORIST CELLS, and social agitators" compiled by the Plano Faithful Civil Patrol in accordance with their "Neighborhood Cleansing" program. The fact that the AngrySniper was located in Chicago lends some credence to this theory, although this is pure speculation, as Plano, Illinois is a rural town in comparison to the sprawling Plano, Texas.
Peculiarly, the picture of the church on the Church of Plano website has been identified to be the [http://www.olacathedral.org/ Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels] in Los Angeles, California.
