{{expand}}After serving as an opening act for both [[The Jesus and Mary Chain]] and [[Peter Murphy]], [[Nine Inch Nails]] embarked on their first major headlining tour in the summer of 1990. The tour is part of the [[Pretty Hate Machine Tour]] series. Opening acts for this tour were Cold Front, [[Related bands and artists#Die Warzau|Die Warzau]], [[Meat Beat Manifesto]], Monkey Fear, Pure, Sky Cries Mary, and Supreme Love Gods.
