Texturally and melodically, this song has a somewhat similar feel to both "[[The Collector]]" and "[[Getting Smaller]]", but with a more upbeat garage rock style. It is driven by a chunky, distorted bassline and a post-punk revival type drum beat. The choruses during the second half feature richly layered harmonies.
