On the mural, The bullet carried by the blue winged guy, it says "54 40 or fight," a slogan from early 19th century expansionist America, referring to the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/54%C2%B040%27_or_fight%21 latitude point] now extending into British Columbia, Canada, but at one point was claimed by America.
