*Nine Inch Nails also tapped Fincher to direct the music video for "[[Only (song)|Only]]" in 2005.

*An edit of NIN's "[[Closer#Closer (Precursor Mix)|Closer (Precursor Mix)]]" was used in the opening credits of Fincher's 1995 film, ''Se7en''. This edit was eventually released on the unofficial ''[[Recoiled#Uncoiled|Uncoiled]]'' download and the semi-official ''[[Recoiled]]'' EP.

Fincher recruited Trent Reznor and [[Atticus Ross]] to create three film scores:
