This is my first post and I am not sure the proper format so if anyone could politely enlighten me that'd be dandy. I just wanted to post the possibility that 1,000,000 could have a relation to Fight Club, much like Only. Some of the evidence is the line "I feel like I'm a million miles away" I beleive this is what the Narrator says to describe insomnia in the movie. Also, the refrences to the gun in the mouth could be another clue. Again, I have no real proof, just a suggestion.

:The Downward Spiral itself has many similar themes--that doesn't mean it's a reference. OnslaughtSix 05:29, 23 July 2008 (PDT)

By my count, this is Trent's third use of the phrase "a million miles away". The first of which being 'Hurt' and the second 'All The Love In The World'. Aeontriad

Just opened my physical Slip, and I'm flipping through the book and ZOMG the artwork for 1,000,000 has red lines.
:Could you upload a high quality image of each artwork that differs from the pdf? My being in Britain means I can't do that until next week :'( Sheepdean 07:02, 23 July 2008 (PDT)

Has anyone heard Green Day's new song "Know Your Enemy"? The drum beat is almost exactly the same as it is in 1,000,000 in the beginning and some throughout the rest of the song. Every time I hear that song I get a bit ticked off since it sounds so much like 1,000,000 when it starts. Kornwolf 23:36, 1 June 2009 (PDT)
:The beats are the same, but it's not an entirely original beat, just an unusual opener - I wouldn't say stealing, just close imitation sheepdean Try to speak as clearly as you can 04:53, 2 June 2009 (PDT)

:Yeah, I wouldn't accuse them of stealing it, just being a bit unoriginal, haha. Kornwolf 09:42, 6 June 2009 (PDT)
