The unnamed author of the website may be [[John Markakis]] as evidenced on [[The Exterminal]] under Markakis,J Inmate-interview.

I believe you are correct. First, the interviewer states "Now lets talk a little about this website of yours". The whole interview revolves around drinking the water, to a point that kills him. The automated email states, "I'm drinking the water, so should you.", probably referencing the whole ordeal. --[[User:Aldude999|Aldude999]] 13:34, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
