Happiness in Heresy
Happiness in Heresy was a site with an extensive database of Nine Inch Nails tour dates and setlists, created in 2019. One of the major goals of the site was corroboration of data through primary sources, primarily newspaper and periodical articles and solicitations. Through this research, a lot of inaccurate historical data about the early years of NIN touring, propagated from the NIN Historian, has been corrected.
The site was taken down by the owner in 2023, and it is unknown if it may eventually come back.
The site sections included:
- Years (pages for each year that NIN has been on tour)
- Memorabilia (tickets, posters, flyers, press clippings, tour shirts, printed setlists, tour itineraries, passes)
- Songs (play stats sorted by various means, most/least played songs, covers, etc.)
- Concerts (sorted by venue/country, list of shows with unique happenings, list of festival shows, list of longest shows)
- Attendance (stats for users who have made profiles, list of known sellout shows or non-sellout shows)
- Records (lists of audio and video recordings, sorted by recording method)
- Musicians (lists of band members, guest appearances, opening bands, etc.)
- Member section where fans can make a profile and log all of their attended shows
