I think it is not an "official" Year-zero related page, as all the other servers/pages are running on IIS (check the http://iamtryingtobelieve.com/some404 for example) but the Opalescent Haze is running some other webserver (http://www.opalescenthaze.com/some404). I think it is official, and the reason it's on a different server has to do with "Shatter36 are reading this? We need a new server" being hidden in the source code.
