The band is notoriously wild and has had numerous confrontations with the law, as well as other bands. Despite After Aaron's heavy touring schedule with Nine Inch Nailsdeparture in 2005, The Icarus Line is still active as a the bandreleased one more EP before breaking up in 2007.
