'''Error''' is an electro-punk band formed in 2003 by [[12 Rounds]] member and frequent [[Nine Inch Nails]] collaborator [[Atticus Ross]], and Brett Gurewitz (of Bad Religion). They have released only one EP since their creation, ''Error'' in 2003. Greg Puciato of the [[Dillinger Escape Plan]] contributed vocals for the EP.
