It may or may not be related to "[[The Perfect Drug (song)|The Perfect Drug]]" and/or "The Beauty of Being Numb" from ''[[Further Down the Spiral]]''.
It is one of only two known unreleased outtakes from ''The Downward Spiral'', the other being "[[Just Do It]]".
