"Just Like You Imagined" made its live debut on [[2000/04/12 Cleveland, OH|April 12, 2000]]. A reworked version was performed throughout encores on the [[Fragility v2.0]] tour, a theremin part replacing the complex piano work. Reznor also played bass during this song.
In two of the final shows of the [[Wave Goodbye Tour]], Mike Garson guested on piano to perform the song, much like the studio version. This happened again twice for the [[Cold And Black And Infinite Tour]], the only other live performances of this song.
