The song returned to setlists during the [[Wave Goodbye Tour|NIN|JA 2009]] tour, the only time it's been a setlist regular. Once again, it was performed similarly to the version on ''The Fragile''.
"The Fragile" was revived in a reworked version for the [[Peel It Back Tour]] in 2025, featuring Reznor playing a digital piano and triggering beats, [[Alessandro Cortini]] on bass, and new atmospherics from [[Atticus Ross]]. During the North American leg, [[Robin Finck]] would join the band on stage playing guitar for the latter part of the song.
