In the days following the initial release, Audiophile users on the audiophile message board [http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php Hydrogen Audio] noticed what appeared to be mastering errors on the 24/96 high-def WAV format (only), with most of the tracks being 16-bit padded, and "Discipline" having a longer duration. Additionally, the track positions and titles of "The Four Of Us Are Dying" and "Demon Seed" were swapped. However, the file "02-1000000.jpg", has an incorrect file extension. This is actually an Adobe Photoshop (PSD) file with a single layer and no significant meta information attached. The final page of the PDF gives credit to "(c) 2008 niin." This appears to be a typographical error. There was also a mistake in the naming of the original WAV files: the track "The Four Of Us Are Dying" is mistitled "Demon Seed" and vice versa. On the reissued high-res FLAC release, the tags have a typo in the title of "The Four Of Us Are Dying", with "Dying" as "Dyng".
