It shows a page with facts about how America created a new world order. However, this is the government version, and there's a hidden page which shows the truth.
In order to read it properly, grab the left section of the page and drag it to the right, and grab the top section and drag it down until it completes the rest of the text. It is also possible to open the flash file called [http://www.anotherversionofthetruth.com/road.swf road.swf].
This new page shows how past, current and predicted future events lead to the world described in Year Zero.
