It all started with a t-shirt from the early 2007 over-seas tour of Nine Inch Nails. The highlighted letters spelled out ‘iamtryingtobelieve’ which was found out to be a website when adding “.com” to it. The URL for the site was also linked to in an update on theninhotline.com.If you watch carefully, in the "trailer" for Year Zero, just before "The Presence" is seen, there is what should be a road sign that passes in front of the camera's view, if you play the video in slow motion, and pause it when the sign appears, on the top portion of the sign, it says "I AM TRYING" and on the bottom portion of the sign, it says "TO BELIEVE"
