I think that's the ID for the billboard, used by the company. Doing a Google search on LA billboards might lead you to [http://www.summit-media.com/plant.html this page], which indeed lists billboards by 4-digit ID's (though it does not list this particular one). The billboard with the mural appears to be taking up 3 units of space, from 7769 to 7771. [[User:Steer|Steer]] 12:29, 12 April 2007 (PDT)

Billboards generally do have ID tags on them. That was what I assumed it was.
