Discovery
This website was posted by a new ETS member named p.l.a.n.t on this thread. The users name is a practical joke referencing the fact that 42 Entertainment doesn't use planted forum members to further their game. Full details about the discovery are forthcomming.
However, at the time of discovery the website shows only a characteristic YZ website background and the following text:

The background text is from Shawshank Redemption:

The Exterminal, Free Rebel Art and Viability Index websites have the same text in the background, however the words and letters used are different.
CD Release
It is possible that because this site is mentioned in the CD booklet, that it will not be live until the CD is released in the United States.
