Set list number sizes

No matter how many times I clear the text and re-paste it from scratch via a Notepad document or whatever, the numbers preceding tracks 1, 2, 10, 14 and 15 keep appearing larger after the hash tag for some reason, when I view from my phone. Piggy - any idea what causes this and how I can prevent it in future? It’s annoying as hell!
