Canada dates
I found reviews that show that NIN did not open for Skinny Puppy for both the Cambridge and Toronto dates:

As such, we can surmise that NIN did not travel to Canada at all, so all the Canada dates have been deleted. Tabanger (talk) 06:40, 14 November 2016 (PST)
Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Detroit
I was able to confirm that the Pittsburgh show happened on 10/27 using this: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/42726917/
Then I placed the Philadelphia show in the only remaining date slot.
