The band opened for co-headlined with [[Nine Inch Nails]] during their [[With Teeth: Summer Amphitheater Tour|Summer Amphitheatre Tour]] in 2006. The band originally split in 1984, but has resumed activity twice three times since disbanding, once in 1998 and also in , 2005/2006, and 2019. The status of the band is once againhas stated that its 2008 album, ''Go Away White'', undeterminedwas its last.

Lead Singer singer [[Peter Murphy]] collaborated with [[Trent Reznor]] for several [[With Teeth: Summer Tour 2007 2006 Radio Collaboration|special radio appearances]].
