Interesting enough, Neil's wife encountered cancer forcing Neil to turn to the French government for help. Secure Broadcast Informatics contains an annonymous e-mail to Francisco about his lack of cooperation with the BoM and mentions his wife having breast cancer. The e-mail ends with a comment encouraging his cooperation and maybe his wife will start to feel better.
