The Standard membership had an annual fee of US $25 and included:

The Premium membership had an annual fee of US $55 and consisted of everything in the Standard membership plus:
*A Premium-only Spiral T-shirt
*NIN-related e-mail account
*Early entrance to concerts at the Spiral entrance
An exclusive members-only NIN show was performed on [[2006/03/31 Cabazòn, CA|March 31, 2006]] during the [[With Teeth Spring Arena Tour]].
In 2007, a message was left on the Spiral page stating:
In 2009, a new message explaining the closing of The Spiral was posted on the homepage:
