modwheelmood

modwheelmood is an electronic band based in Los Angeles, formed by former Nine Inch Nails member Alessandro Cortini and former Abandoned Pools guitarist Pelle Hillström in 1998. The band have released a number of EPs including Enemies & Immigrants, which was conceived and recorded by Cortini "in hotel rooms across the world" while touring with NIN throughout 2005 to 2006 on the With Teeth Tour and released on Aaron North's Buddyhead Records label. The release of Enemies & Immigrants was followed by a West Coast tour of the U.S. before Cortini left for a 2007 tour with NIN. The duo also remixed "The Great Destroyer" for NIN's remix record, Y34RZ3R0R3M1X3D.
