Over the years, the band have had many collaborators such as Mark Lanegan, Natasha Schneider and Billy Gibbons. Reznor appeared on "Era Vulgaris" from ''Era Vulgaris'' (download-only bonus track), and "Kalopsia" and "Fairweather Friends" from ''...Like Clockwork''.
