"The Hand That Feeds" has been played live regularly since the its debut on [[2005/03/23 Fresno, CA|March 23, 2005]].
During the [[2008/09/06 Inglewood, CA|September 6th, 2008]] performance of the song at the Forum in Inglewood, California, a photo of George W. Bush was displayed behind the band, and as the band played the photo gradually morphed into John McCain.
