In December 2018, the song was sampled by rapper Lil Nas X on "Old Town Road" with [[Trent Reznor]] and [[Atticus Ross]] being given songwriting and production credits. He and Ross also won a Country Music Award in 2019 for their production on the spring of 2019track.
