Nine Inch Nails performed at the Tron: Ares world premiere in Hollywood, California, on October 6, 2025. Although the film premiere was shown at both the El Capitan Theatre and the TCL Chinese Theatre, the stage for the afterparty performance was located in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre. Boys Noize played an opening set which segued directly into the NIN performance.
