This is the third track on the Quake Soundtrack, and features layers of Trent Reznor whispering, played backwards, throughout the track. The whispering may possibly be sampled from "The Downward Spiral". A single-note bassline undulates beneath while uneasy synthesizer chords fade in and out. Later, percussion loops and distorted guitar riffs are layered on top.
