Discovery
This website is scrambled in line code on different localized Year Zero CD booklets from different countries.
However, at the time of discovery the website shows only a characteristic YZ website background and the following text:

Background text
The background text is from Shawshank Redemption:
"Brooks Hatlen knew it. Knew it all too well. All I want is to be back where things make sense. Where I won't have to be afraid all the time."
The Exterminal and Free Rebel Art websites have the same text in the background, however the words and letters used are different.
CD Release
It is possible that because this site is mentioned in the CD booklet, that it will not be live until the CD is released.
