TRAR LLC, dba With Teeth, is a multi-disciplinary storytelling company incorporated by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross on March 26, 2024, with assistance from John Crawford and producer Jonathan Pavesi. Reznor and Ross manager Sara Newkirk Simon is also an executive of the company.
The existence of the company was first revealed in a profile of Reznor and Ross in the GQ April/May 2024 issue. [1] The projects encompassed by the venture, as revealed in the interview and later trademark filings, include:
- Memory Fade - a fashion clothing line including contributions by Fergus Purcell
- Future Ruins Music & Arts Festival - a planned music festival created by Reznor and Ross in which a roster of film and television composers, including Reznor and Ross, would perform live. Its original iteration was to take place in November of 2025, but was canceled. A previously considered name for the festival was Tremolo Music and Arts Festival. [2] A record label, also named Future Ruins, has also been registered. [3]
- RE/SKIN - a joint venture with Epic Games, centered around a metaverse-like artist experience. Or possibly downloadable virtual goods for use in virtual environments, including avatars, clothing, eyewear, footwear, headwear, backpacks, purses, bags, and wallets.
- Film production - including a short film with the artist Susanne Deeken, a show in development with Christopher Storer, and a film with director Mike Flanagan
- Tears - Bottled water; Flavored water; Non-alcoholic cocktails, namely, mocktails; Non-alcoholic flavored carbonated beverages; Non-alcoholic water-based beverages; Sparkling water; Water beverages
