"Videodrones; Questions" is the second track on the Lost Highway soundtrack, and is merely a short audio clip lasting 44 seconds, which leads into "The Perfect Drug". It is one of only a few tracks to ever be credited to Trent Reznor solo.
The track is called "Various Ominous Drones" at the movie's ending credits. The drone sounds were created using a white noise generator.[1] This same machine was also used on "Hurt".
