This is the only version available. It begins with the strumming of an electric guitar, which is abruptly drowned out by heavily distorted bass. Drums enter shortly after, soon re-acompanied by distorted bass and piercing electric guitar. The song ends with the guitar strumming alone, as the beginning background sound effects of 5 Ghosts I fades in underneath.

"4 Ghosts I" has never been played live.
Differences In Artwork
While "4 Ghosts I" is not the greatest example of this, it should be noted that much of the artwork embedded in the files of the official download of Ghosts I–IV from nin.com are not just cropped versions of the photographs in the PDF.
