Deep Tour

Almost immediately after leaving The Jesus and Mary Chain's Automatic Tour, Nine Inch Nails was tapped as an opening act for Peter Murphy's Deep Tour. They were with the tour through mid-April 1990, though they left a few dates earlier than they were scheduled. The tour is part of the Pretty Hate Machine Tour series.

Stage Set-Up

As these shows were opening sets, the stage was as basic as possible. It appears there were some intances where, in order to leave room for the headliner's gear in the background, NIN's drum kit was stage right of Reznor and the keyboard was stage left of Patrick.
