"Not So Pretty Now" is an outtake from from the With Teeth sessions, which also included another track called "Non-Entity". During a chat with fans in the official NIN fan club, The Spiral, Trent Reznor stated that studio recordings of them might one day surface. March 20, 2009, Reznor released the long-awaited studio versions of "Not So Pretty Now" and "Non-Entity" as part of the NINJA 2009 Summer Tour EP via ninja2009.com.
