Notes

• This performance was initially scheduled for September 5, 2009, but was postponed due to Trent Reznor being ill, making it the last Nine Inch Nails show "for the foreseeable future."
• Before performaing "Head Down," Reznor stated:

"This is it… but I'm not gonna break down in tears just yet."

• Mike Garson once again joined Nine Inch Nails onstage to play piano on "Just Like You Imagined," "La Mer," and "Eraser."
