Following the disappointing Dissonance tour, Nine Inch Nails chose to play a small club tour in November 1995 with Helmet as the opening band. The setlist contained all the standard songs and concluded with a three part set from Broken. The encore included versions of "Dead Souls" and "Sanctified" that were even more extended than on the previous tour. During the second show, Trent Reznor blew out his voice, and some of the Florida dates on the itinerary were postponed while he recuperated.[1] The tour is part of the Self Destruct Touring Cycle.
Line-Up
- Charlie Clouser: Keyboards, programming, backing vocals
- Robin Finck: Guitar, keyboards, backing vocals
- Danny Lohner: Bass, giutar, keyboards, backing vocals
- Trent Reznor: Vocals, guitar, keyboards
- Chris Vrenna: Drums
Stage Set-Up
Because these shows took place in clubs and the tour was short, the setup seems to have been minimal.
Typical Setlist
- "Head Like A Hole"
- "Terrible Lie"
- "Mr. Self Destruct"
- "March Of The Pigs"
- "Something I Can Never Have"
- "Reptile"
- "Piggy (Nothing Can Stop Me Now)"
- "Suck"
- "Get Down, Make Love"
- "Closer"
- "Wish"
- "Gave Up"
- "Down In It"
- "Happiness In Slavery"
~encore~ - "Sanctified"
- "Dead Souls"
Tour Dates
Note: In an interview with tour documentarian Jonathan Rach[2], he stated that the Miami Beach show was the last date of this leg. The Corpus Christi date is possibly erroneous information.
