This tour took place during February and March 2014 in Australia and New Zealand, and was a co-headlining tour with Queens Of The Stone Age. It was part of the NIN 2013-2014 touring cycle. Which band played first was determined by a coin toss.[1] The opening act was Brody Dalle. Some shows also featured a guest appearance by Mariqueen Maandig for covers of songs by How To Destroy Angels.

Stage Set-Up

The band with banks of spotlights
The band with overhead lighting panels

The setup for this leg was minimal and a departure from the 2013 legs. No screens or projections were used, but it consisted instead of banks of various spotlights behind and above the band, as well as the overhead lighting panels that were used during the Tension 2013 Tour.

Typical Setlist

Setlists for this tour changed regularly. The sets always ended with a three-song chain of "The Hand That Feeds", "Head Like A Hole", and "Hurt". In addition, "March of the Pigs" and "Copy Of A" were played at every show.

The other songs played at a majority of shows were "Piggy" (which usually followed "March of the Pigs"), "Sanctified" (which followed "Piggy"), "Survivalism", "Gave Up", "Wish", "Terrible Lie", and "Letting You".

"The Eater Of Dreams" made its debut on the tour, as a pre-recorded intro intermixed with "Pinion".
