- Starting at 1 a.m. and ending a little after 3, it was possibly the latest show NIN has ever played.
- At one point during the show, Trent Reznor stated: "Are you guys still awake out there? I don't know about this starting at 1 a.m. in the morning shit."
- Someone in the crowd threw a handful of glowsticks onstage during the show, to which Reznor said, "Oh great, we have some fucking glowsticks up here. Very nice."
- Before "Wish" started, Reznor stated: "We have a special surprise for you tonight. I was looking through the Bonnaroo lineup and saw cool band after cool band. Then I came across a not-so-cool band. I would like the to introduce the fucking Dillinger Escape Plan." The band then joined NIN onstage to play the song.
